Letter : to Lady Kentore, 1915 January 26.

Glasgow thanks Lady Kentore for her card and gift and apologizes for not answering her letter sooner. The remainder of the letter is concerned with her feelings about World War I before the United States became involved. She writes in part "This terrible war has served to bring us closer than ever to England. Though our government is neutral there is no question whatever about the feeling of our people, and many of us wish with all our heart that some protest had been made against the invasion of Belgium."
